Grande Vento Prosecco DOC Rosé is a new member of the Grande Vento wine family. This sparkling wine is a combination of Glera (88%) and Pinot Nero (12%) grape varieties of Italian origin (Treviso, Padua, Pordenone and Venezia provinces). It has a bright pink color. With a lively perlage and persistent foam, it has intense aromas with floral scents of white and red flowers accompanied by fruity notes such as apple, pear and hints of red fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry. The taste is fresh and on the palate it is pleasant and harmonious.
Perfect as an aperitif, with appetizers and light fish course. We recommend serving at a temperature of 6-7 ° C.
